So I’m part of this 31 day challenge, I’ll write on a new topic every day . I hope to focus them around the theme of my blog (life after college), and hope that through these unique words/topics I’ll add some more glitter to the world, inspiration to myself and others, and have some fun. You can learn more about it here.

I am convinced that laughter is the best medicine especially for those of us in our twenties and beyond. There are stats out there that say that children laugh more, which may or may not be true, but I do know that many times adult laughter is inhibited, controlled, and isn’t the crazy gut busting kind kids are so prone to.

Laughter is so good for the soul, when my husband has had a stressful day my remedy is often to make him laugh. And he doesn’t laugh much, it is the most thrilling thing in the world when I can make my husband laugh, it gives me a high like nothing else.

My simple advice is to take a moment to laugh and even more take a moment to make someone laugh. Use that silly voice, be a little goofy, tell that amazing joke, show them a funny video, if laughter is the best medicine, the one who gives it is a true life giver.

Now I leave you with this delightful compilation of babies laughing:
